CITY OF MERIDIAN RELEASE OF EASEMENT WHEREAS, by easement dated February 24th, 2006 and recorded June 16,2006 as Instrument Number 106096023 of the records of Ada County, State ofIdaho, Janicek Properties LLC granted to City of Meridian, an Idaho Municipal Corporation, a permanent sanitary sewer easement and a temporary construction easement for the construction, operation and maintenance of a sanitary sewer line over and across the real property legally described and visually depicted on Exhibits A-I, A-2, B-1, B-2.!, B-2.2 and B-2.3 attached hereto and incorporated herein. WHEREAS, the continuance of such easements is no longer necessary or desirable because the City of Meridian has constructed its sanitary sewer in a different location within easements that have been previously granted and secured by a separately recorded instrument which shall not be affected by this Release of Easement. NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises, the said City of Meridian does hereby release and abandon the said rights and easements hereinabove referred to and described, with the intent that the same shall forthwith cease and be extinguished.
