AMENDING TITLE 1, CHAPI'ER 5 OF TH2 REVISED AND COHPILED ORDINANCES
OF THE CITY OF HERIDIAN, BY CHANGING THE GEOGRAPHICAL BOUNDARIES
OF THE WARDS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND"CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
}lERID IAN, ADA COUNTY, IDAHO:
SECTION 1: That Title 1, Chapter 5, of the Revised and
compiled Ordinances of the City of Meridian, be and the same is
hereby amended to read as follows:
1-501: CITY DIVIDED INTO T1/JUWARDS: The terri"tory embraced
within the corporate limits of the City of Meridian be and the same
is hereby divided into two (2) wA.-rds. The boundaries of the same
to be as follows:
First Hard Boundaries: All territory within the corporate
limits of the City of Heridian lying between -j:. ~;- -3;- Heridian
Street and the Aast boundary of the City of Heridian shall
"constitute and is hereby declared to be vvard Number One.
"Second Ward Boundar ie s; All territory within the corporate
"limits of the City of Heridian lying between -3~ -j~ -i~ Neridian
"street and the west boundary of the City of Heridian shall
constitute and is hereby declared to be Ward Humber Two.
Pas~ed by the City Council and approved by the Mayor of the
City of Meridian, Ada County, Idaho, this 9th day of September, 1963.
