AN ORDINANCl~ VACATING AND ABANDONING A PART OF YOUNG AVENUG IN on
ADJOINING BLOCK 6 OF WEST VIEW ADDITION TO MERIDIAN, ADA COUNTY,
IDAHO.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE HAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
MERIDIAN, ADA COUNTY, IDAHO:
SECTION 1. That that part of the street hereinafter described
in or adjoining Block 6 of West View Addition to Meridian, Ada County,
Idaho, as shown on the original official plat thereof on file in the
Office of the County Recorder of Ada County, Idaho, he, FlTld the same
is hereby vacated, abandoned and closed to public use, the said part
of said street hereby vacated and abandoned being described as follows,
to-wit:
The South 308.10 feet of Young Avenue in West View Addition
to Meridian, Ada County, Idaho.
SECTION 2. That the Mayor and City Clerk of l1eridian are hereby
directed and e.uthorized to deliver on behalf of qnd as the act of the
City of Heridian, quit claim deeds conveying all right, titl.e and
interest of said city in and to said tract hereby vacated to the
owners of the property abutting said vacated tract in accordance with
Section 50-1124 Idaho Code; provided tha.t said deeds sha.ll contain a
provision that said conveyance is subject to all public utility
easements now existing in or .upon that part of the street hereby
vacated.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full fnrcp. and effect
from and after its passage, approval and publication ~s required by
law.
Passed by the City Council and approved by the Mayor of the
