c. The zoning map of said city is hereby amended
so that the fOllow:lng described area is designated
as a "C" or Commercial Zone:
All of Block 6 of Nourse I s Jrd Addition and from
East First street lde5t to a. line equ.ldltiL2iuL between
East First street and Eeridian Str(~et; and from East
Fircrt, street East to a line equidistant between East
First street and 2~ Street; and on the South to a
line coinciding with a line running East and Hest
and bisecting lot L~ of Houroe':3 3rd AddjJ;ion.
SECTION 2. That the city. zoning map is hereby ch21lged to
conform to the provisions of this ordinance.
SECTION 3. l\TH:<REAS, t.here is an emergency therefor, which
emergency is declared to exist, this Ordinance shall take effect
and be in force from and after its passage, approval and publica-
. tion 8".3 required by law.
