BE IT m?I)AINJ~:D BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
HEHIDIAN, ADA COUNTY, IDAHO:-
SEDTION1: That the following sums of money, or so much
thereof as may be necessary, are hereby appropriated out of any
money in tne City Treasury of the City of Meridian, Ada County,
Idaho, not otherwise appropriated, for the purpose of defraying
any and all necessary expenses and liabilities for the said City
of Meridian to be incurred for general municipal purposes for the
fiscal year conrnencing the 1st day of ~ay, 1961, and ending the
30th day of April, 1962, said pllrpose being as follows, to-wit:

SECTION 2. The amount of money cierived from funds or sources
created by 1m... for the spec if leu pui'posPS in this Ordinance pro-
vided is hereby ap:Jropriated for such purposes and no other.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk of the City of Meridian is hereby
authorized upon presentation of proper vouchers approved by the
Hayor and eity Council of the oaid City of Meridian, aB provideu by
law, to draw his warrant on the funds above stated and against the
appropriations as made in the preceding sections of this Ordinance,
in favor of the parties entitled thereto.
SECTION 4. That this Ordinance be, and the same is hcrc8Y
