AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE III, CHAPTER 5, REVISED AND COHPlLED
ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF MERIDIAN, ;illA COUNTY, IDAHO, BY ADDING
A ~l SECTION THERETO DESIGNATED SECTION 3-517 LD1ITING USE OF
TRAILER COACHES FOR DWELLING OR SLEEPING TO TRAILER COURTS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE l'IAYOR AlID CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
HERID IAN, ADA COUNTY, IDAHO:-
SECTION 1. That Title 1117 Chapter 57 Revised and Compiled
Ordinances of the City of Meridian, be and the same is hereby
amended by adding a new section thereto designated Section 3-517
to read as follows:

used for dwelling or sleeping purposes except in a trailer court.
SECTION 2. WHEREAS, there is an emergency GhereroI", whiich
emergency is declared to exist, this Ordinance shall take effect
and be in force from and after its passage, approval and publica-
tion as required by law.
Passed by the City Council and approved by the Mayor of the
City of Meridian, Ada County, Idaho7 this fifth day of June, 1961.,
