AME~mHENT SECT IONS 1-1101 AND 1-1102 OF THE REVISED AND COHPILED
ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF MERIDIAN, DEALING WITH SALARIE.5 OF
ELECTIVE AND APPOINTIVE OFFICERS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE HAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
~ffiRIDIAN, ADA COUNTY, IDAHO:
Section 1. That Section 1-1101 of the Revised and Compiled
Ordinances of the City of Meridian, Idaho shall be * ~ 1~ one hundred
dollars ($100.00) per month, payable monthly.
The salar y of each Member of the Council shall be twenty-five
dollars (.$2-5.00) -per month, payable monthly.
The sal. ary of the President of the Council, when acting in
the capacity of Mayor, shall be the same as the Mayor, payable
mont)ly, prorated for the period of time he shall perform the

duties of Mayor.

Section 2. That Section 1-1102 of the Revised and Compiled
amended to read as follows:
1-1102: SALARIES OF APPOINTIVE OFFICERS: The salaries of
apPJintive officers shall be as follows, with salaries payable
monthly:

Passed by the City Council and approved by the Mayor of the
City of Meridian, Ada County, Idaho, this 27 day of February
