AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 10-114 OF THE ORDINANCES OF THE
CITY OF MERIDIAN, CONCERNING PEDESTRIAN RIGHT OF WAY.-
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR A~ CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
MERIDIAN, ADA COUNTY, IDAHO:-

SECTION 1. That Section 10-114 of the Ordinances of the
City of Meridian be and the same is hereby amended to read as
follows:
I
Section 10-1)..4: PEDESTRIAN RIGHT-OF-WAY. Where traffic
control signals are not placed or not in operation, the driver of
a vehicle * ~~ ~~ shall yield the right-of :"way to any pedestrian
crossing the street within anY crosswalk.
Passed by the City Council and approved by the Mayor of the
City of Meridian, Ada County, Idaho, this 12th day of September,
1960.
