SPECIAL RESERVE ACCOUNT OF THE WATER-SE\\1Ji:R REVENUE SPECIAL FUND OF
1955 OF THE CITY OF MERIDIAN, AS AUTHORIZED BY ORDINANGE NO. 75 OF
THE CITY OF MERIDIAN.

SECTION 1. That Ghe Treasurer of the City of Meridian iB
hereby authorized to invest the sum of $9,000.00 from the
Special Reserve Account of the \fatcr-Sewer Revenue Special Funu
of 1955 in United States Treasury Bonds, 4% or better interest
bearing, maturity date not less than ten years and said
treasurer is authorized to purchase said bonds at the existing
market rate and out of the total sum of J9,OOO.00 plus costs pay the
costs of purchase.
SECTION 2. That this investment is made as authorized by
Ordinance No. 75 of l:.he City of Heridian and lmder authority of
Section 57-601, Idaho Code.
SECTION 3. WHEREAS, there is an emergency therefor~ which
emergency is declared to exist, this Ordinance shall take effect
and be in force from and after its passage, approval and publica-
tion as required by law.
Passed by the City Council and approved by the Mayor of the
City of Meridian, Ada County, Idaho ~ this 7th day of December,
