AN ORDmANCE ANNEXING TO THE CITY OF MERIDIAN ALL OF BLOCKS TWO
(2), THREE (3), FOUR (4), FIVE (5), AND' SIX (6), of WELKhlR
SUBDIVISION IN ADA COUNTY, IDAHO; AND ALL OF BLOCKS ONE (1)
AND TWO (2) of J. 1. TOWNE SUBD IVISON IN ADA COUNTY, IDAHO,
ALL AS SHOvn~ ON THE OFFICIAL PLATS THl!.'REOF ON FILE IN THE
OFFICE OF COUNTY RECORDER OF ADA COUNTY, IDAHO.

WHEREAS, the City Council and the Mayor of the City of
Meridian,- have been requested to annex to said City all of Blocks
Two (2), Three (J), Four (4) ,Five (5) and Six (6) of- Welker Sub-
division and all of Blocks One (1) and Two (2) of the J. L. -Towne
Subdivision, in Ada County, Idaho, hereinafte:;'r more particularly
described, which said property is adjacent to the City of Meridian,
and

WHEREAS, said property has been laid off into lots and blocks
containing not more than five (5) acres, and said property has been
sold by lot and block descriptions of the said recorded plat.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF MERIDIAN, ADA COUNTY, IDAHO UNDER AUTHORITY OF
SECTION 50-303, IDAHO CODE: -
Section 1. That all of Blocks Two (2); Three (3), Four (4),
Five (5), and Six (6) of 'Welker Subdivision in Ada County, Idaho,
and all of Blocks One (1) and Two (2) of the J. L. Towne Subdivision,
in Ada County, Idaho, as shown on the official plats thereof an file
in the Offi~e of the County Recorder of Ada COun1Y, Idaho, be and
the same is hereby annexed to and made a part of the City of Meridian,
Ada County, Idaho, and shall be named and refared to hereafter as .
the Welker Addition and the J. L. Town Addition, respectively, to
the Crry OF MERIDIAN, ADA COUNTY, IDAHO.
Section 2. The City Clerk is directed to file a: certified ,,~-
copy of this Ordinance with the County Recorder of Ada County, Idaho.,

from and after its passage, approval and publication as required uy
law.
