AMENDING TITLE vrn, CHAP'l'ER VI OF THE REVISED ORDINANCES OF THE_
CITY OF MERIDllN, BY ADDING A NEW SEnTION PROHIBITm DOGS FR(J(
RUNNltG AT LARGB WITHIN SlID CITY AND PRESCRIBING THE PENALTY FOR
VIOLATION OF TITLE VIII, CHAPI'ER VI.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
MERIDIAN, ADA COUNTY~- IDAHO:
Section 1. That Title VIII, Chapter VI .r the Revise. Or~i-
nances of the City or Meridian, be and the same Is hereby -amended by
adding new sections thereto to be designated Sections 8-615 amI.

8-615: RUNNING AT LARGE PROHIBITED. It shall be unlawful ror
any dog OWHer to allow or permit &n1' dog, - whether licensed or not,' t.

The provisions of Section 8-606 ot this chapter shall- apply

8-616: pFJNALTY. It shall be unlawful and punishable as a
misdemeanor to violate any of the provisions or this chapter.
