A.N ORDINAliJE ANNEXING TO THE crry OF MERIDIAN liL OF BLOCK ONE (1)
OF THE WELKER SUBDIVISION IN THE W!, E! of Section 12, TWP. ,3
NORTH, RANGE 1 WEST, BOISE MERIDIAN, IN ADA COUNTY, IDAHO,
AND THREE PARCELS OF LAND BEl'WEEN SAID BIDCK ONE (1) OF
WELKER SUBDIVISION AND PARK VIEW ADDITION TO THE crry OF
MERIDIAN, ADA COUNTY, IDAHO.
WHEREAS" the City Council and the Mayor of the City of Meri-
dian, have been requested to annex to said City all of Block One
(1) of Welker Subdivision and those parcels of land being between
said Block One (1) of Welker Subd.ivision and Park View Addition
to Meridian, in Ada County, Idaho, hereinafter more particularly
described, which said property is adjacent to the Park View Addi-
tion to the City of Meridian" and
WHEREAS, said property has been laid off into lots and blocks
containing not more than five (5) acres, and said property has been
sold by tract descriptions of the said unrecorded plat and by
metes and, bounds descriptions.
NOW tHEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF MERIDIAN" ADA COUNTY" IDAHO" UNDER AUTHORITY OF
SECTION 50-,303 t IDAHO CODES:
Section l~, That all of Block One (1) of Welker Subdivision
of Ada County, Idaho, situated in the W,,, El, of Section 12"
Township 3 North, Range 1 West of Boise Meridian, and all of
those certain three parcels of land more particularly described as
follows:

Section 12, Township 3 North.. Range 1 West.. Boise Meridian.. in
Ada County, Idaho.
Beginning at a point on the center line of Fourth Street in Meri-
dian, A.da County, Idaho.. which point is situated 30 feet south
89"'50' East of the SE corner of Lot 2 of Park View Addition to
Meridian, the real place of beginning; thence North 89':150' West
361 Feet to an iron pin; thence North 198201 West 184 feet to an
iron pin;: thence South 89050' East 422 feet to an iron pin; thence

Section 2. The City Clerk is directed to file a certified
copy of tpis Ordinance with the County Recorder of Ada County,
Idaho.
