SECTION 1.: That' the f'ollovving sums of money, or so much there-
of' as may be necessary, are hereby appropriated out of any mC)Hey in
the City 'I'reasury of the City of Meridian, Jlda County, Idaho, not
otherwise appropriated, for the purpose of def'raying any and all
necessary expenses and liabilities of the said City of keridian to
be incurred for general municipal purposes for the fiscal year
commencing the 1st day of 'May, 1957 and endi,rg the 3Cth da;r of
April, 1958, said purposes being as follows; to-wit;--

created by law for the specific purposes in this Ordinance provided,
is hereby appropriated for such purposes and no other.
SECTION#. The City Clurk of the said City of Meridian, is
he~eby authorized, upon presentation of proper vouchers approved
by the ~dayor and City Council of the said Ci ty of Meridian, as
:provided by law, to draw his wa:c'rEtilts on the funds e.bove stated and.
against the appropriations as ~ade in the preceding sections of
this Ordinance, in favor of the parties entitled thereto.
