AN ORDINANCE ADDING A NEW SECTION TG CHAPTER I, TITLE VII,' REVISED
AND COMPILED ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF MERIDIAN, 1955, PRES-
CRIBING PENALTIES FOR VIOLATION OF THE ORDINANCES RELATING
TO EATING AND DRINKING ESTABLISID~NTS.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
MERIDIAN, ADA COUNTY, IDAHO:
Section 1. That Chapter I, Title VII Revised and compiled
.Ordinances of the City of Meridian, 1955, be, and the same is
hereby amended by adding a new section thereto designated
Section 7-103, which shall read as follows:
7-103: Penalty. Any Person Vilating the provisions of
this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor.
PASSED BY the Council and approved by the Mayor of the City-
of Meridian, Ada County, Idaho, this 7th day of June , 1956.
