AN ORDINANCE ANNEXING TO THE CITY OF MERIDIAN TRACTS 3, 4, 5, AND 6
OF THE UNRECORDED PLAT OF SCRIVNER TRACT IN THE NE~ OF SECTION
12, TWP. NORTH, RANGE 1 WEST, BOISE, MERIDIAN, IN ADA COUNTY,
IDAHO.
WHEREAS, the City Council and the Mayor of the City of Meridian,
have been requested to annex to said City a portion of the unrecorded
plat of Scrivner Tract, in Ada County, Idaho, hereinafter more parti-
cularly described, which said property is adjacent to the Frost,
Niday's Second and Wilson Additions to the City of Meridian, and
WHEREAS, said property has been laid off, into lots and blocks
containing not more than five (5) acres, and said property has been
sold by tract descriptions of the said unrecorded plat and by metes
and bounds descriptions.
NO THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF MERIDIAN, ADA COUNTY, IDAHO, UNDER AUTHORITY OF SECTION
50-303, IDAHO CODE:
Section 1. That all that portion of the Unrecorded Plat of
Scrivner Tract of Ada County, Idaho, situated in the NEi of Sec-
tion 12, Township 3 North, Range 1 West of Boise Meridian, more
particularly described as follows:
Tracts 3, 4, 5, and 6 of the Unreoorded Plat of Scrivner
Tract, in the NE~ of Section 12, Township 3 North, Range
1 West of Boise Meridian, in Ada County, Idaho,
be and the same is hereby annexed to and made a part of the City of
M~ridian, Ada County, Idaho, and shall be named and referred to
hereafter as the SCRIVNER TRAGT ADDITION T6 ~HE CITY GF MERIDIAN,
A~A COUNTX, IDAHO.
Section 2. The City Clerk is directed to file a certified copy
of this Ordinance with the County Recorder of Ada County, Idaho.
Section 3.- This ordinance shp.ll be in full force and effect
from and after its passage, approval and publication as required by
law. '
PASSED BY the Council and approved by the Mayor of the City
of Meridian Ada County, Idaho, this 6th day of December, 1954.
