ORDINANCE NO. 70.
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 7 OF THE CITY OF MERIDIAN, ADA
COUNTY, IDAHO, AS AMENDED BY ORDINANCE NO. 38 AND AS FURTHER AMENDED
BY ORDINANCE NO. 42 OF SAID CITY, RELATING TO THE SALE AND CONSIDvfi?-
TION OF BEER WITHIN THE CORPORATE LIMITS THEREOF BY PROVIDING THAT
IT SHALL BE UNLAWFUL TO SELL, OFFER FOR SALE OR CONSm~ WITHIN THE
CITY OF MERIDIAN ANY BEER AS DEFINED IN THE ORIGINAL ORDINANCE NO.7
BETWEEN THE HOURS OF 1:00 O'CLOCK A.M. AND 6:00 A.M.
BE IT ORDADTJW BY THE MAYOR AND COUNcn Olt' THE CITY OF :MERIDIAN,
ADA COutTTY, IDAHO:~
Section 1. That Section 5 of Ordinance No.7, as amended by
Ordinances No. 38 and No. 42 of the City of Meridian, Ada County,
Idaho, be amended so that the same shall now read as follows:-
Section 5. It shall be unlawful to sell *, offer for sale
or consume within the City or Meridian, Idaho any beer as
defined in this ordinance between the hours of *** 1:00 o'clock
A.M. and the hour or 6:00 o'clock A.M.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and erfect
from and after its passage, approval and pUblication as reQuired
by law.
Passed by the City Council and approved by the Mayor or the
City of Meridian, Ada County, Idaho, this 5th day of April
1954.
