ORDINANCE NO. 68. .
AN ORDINANCE VACATING AND CLOSING A CERTAIN PORTION OF NIDA~'S
ADDITION TO THE CITY OF MH:RIDIAN, ADA COUNTY, IDAHO, FOR THE
SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE USE OF THE OWNERS OF THE ADJACENT REAL
ESTATE AS PROVIDED BY LAW.

. Whereas, the City Council and the Mayor ot the City of Meri-
dian, have been requested to vaoate and olose that portion of Niday'S
Addition at the City of Meridian as hereinafter partioularly des-
cribed, tor the sole and exclusive use at the owners of the adja-
oent real estate as provided by law;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF MERIDIAN, ADA COUNTY, IDAHO:
Section 1. That all that portion of.Niday's Addition to the
City of Meridian, more particularly described as follows, to-wit:
That certain alley-way in Blook eight (8) at Niday's
Addition to the City of Meridian, Ada County, Idaho,
running North and South and bordered by State Avenue,
Carlton Avenue, West First Street Bnd Meridian Street.

ciusive use of the owners of the adjacent real estate, their heirs
and assigns, as prpvided by the Laws of the State of Idaho.
Section 2. That this Ordinanoe shall be in tull force and
effeot rrom and after its passage, approval and pUblioation as
required by law.
PABSEDBY the Counoil and approved by the Mayor of the City
of Meridian, Ada County, Idaho, this 12th day of Ootober, 1953.
