SECTION 2. That there is hereby appropriated out of any
money in the City Treasury, not otherwise appropriated, the sum
of Ten Thousnad Dollars (10,000.00), for the purpose of oiling
and maintaining the streets in the said City of Meridian.

SECTION 3. That there is hereby appropriated out of any
money in the City ~reasury, not otherwise appropriated, the sum
of Nine Hundred Seventy Dollars ($970.00), for the purpose of
maintaining a Municipal Band in the said City of Meridian.
SECTION 4. That there is hereby appropriated out of any
money in the City Treasury, not otherwise appropriated, the sum
of One Thousnad Nine Hundred Forty-five Dollars (1,945.00), for
the purpose of maintaining a Municipal Fire Department in the siad
City of Meridian.
SECTION 5. That there is hereby appropriated out of any money
in the City Treasurv, not otherwise appropriated, the sum of Nine
Hundred Seventy Dollars ($970.00), for the Purpose of Supporting a Free
Public Library, her-etofore established and now'Jperating as such in the
said City of Meridian, by the Occident Club, an Idaho Corporation,
having legal Authority b],t its Articles of Incorporation to acquire, own,
and conduct such free pUblic library.
SECTION 6. That there is hereby appropriated out of any money in
the City Treasury, not otherwise appropriated, tte sum of One Thousand
Nine Hundred Forty-Five Dollars, (~1,945.00), to provide for and regu-
late recreational programs in the said City of Meridian.
SECTION 7. The amount of money d\ived from funds or sources creat-
ed by law for the specific purposes in this Ordinance provided, is
hereby appropriated for such purposes and no other.
SECTION 8. The City Clerk of the said City of Meridian, is hereby
authorized, upon presentation of proper vouchers approved bjT the l.JIayor
and City Council of the said City of Meridian, as J?I'ovided by law,.to.
draw his warrant on the funds above stated and agalllst the appropr18tlons
as made in the preceding sections of this Ordinance, in favor of the
parties entitled thereto.
SECTION 9. That this Ordinance be, and the same is herepy desig-
