CITY OF MERIDIAN, ADA COUNTY, IDAHO FOR THE SOLE AND EXCLUS-
IVE USE OF rfHE OV1NERS OF THE ADJACENT REAL ESTA'l'E AS PROV-

Whereas, The City Council and the Mayor o~ the City of Meridian,
have been requested to vacate and close that portion of Taylor
Avenue and Ballard Street of the Taylor Subdivision of the City
of Meridian, for the sole and exclusive use of the owners of-the
adjacent real estate, as provided by law; hereinafter described;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY, COUl,JeIL OF
THE CITY OF MERIDIAN, ADA COUNTY, IDAHO:
Section 1. That all that portion of Taylor Avenue and Ballard,

and assigns, as provided by the statutes of the State of Idaho,
and the Mayor and the City Clerk are directed to execute to said
owners in the name of the City of Dileridian, Idaho, a Quit Claim
Deed to that portion of said streets as provided by law.
