The use shall not displace the required off-street parking spaces or loading areas of the principal permitted uses on the site. A 25- foot wide. drive-aisle shall be maintained at all times. 7. Unobstructed sidewalk: If a vrivate sidewalk or pedestrian way in front of the building is used for the temDorarv use, a minimum width of four (4) feet shall remain unobstructed for pedestrian use. 8. AIl signs erected in association with the use shall be in compliance with the regulations for '! signs, Chapter 3, Article D sign requirements of the Meridian City Municipal Code. 9. The use shall comply with any guidelines, regulations and permitting process required by any authorizing public agencies, including but not limited to, the Central District Health Department, Transportation AuthoritY, and Meridian City Departments. 10. The applicant may request renewal twice during any calendar year, for a maximum of six (6) weeks per calendar year. 11.
