Re: Certificate of Zoning Compliance
Pathways Academy -Portable Building
HSA # 06.196
To Meridian City Planners:
The scope of this project is to relocate one 24' x 50' portable building, from 911 Meridian
Street, to Pathways Academy Campus.
The relocated portable building will be placed on the existing asphalt area. It will be
provided with an adjustable aluminum ADA-compliant ramp and stair that will access the
building. We will provide a new fire alarm system, at the portable building, that will be
linked to the existing campus fire alarm system.
This relocated portable building will be set on the existing asphalt and in no way disrupts the
existing landscaping or the existing irrigation system. All of the existing Pathways Academy
landscaping and irrigation system shall remain just as is.
This portable building placement will give the Pathways Academy staff additional space to
help with overcrowding due to anticipated future enrollment.
Thank you,
~~,
