Re: Certif cafe of Zoning Compliance
Crossroads Middle School -~ Portable Building
HSA # 46.195
To Meridian City Planners:
The scope of this project is to relocate one 24 x 50 portable building, from 911 Meridian
Street, to Crossroads Middle School Campus.
T~ The portable building will be placed on the existing lawn area at the east side of the existing
building. It will be provided with an adjustable aluminum ADAWcompliant ramp and stair
that will access the classroom building, we will provide a new fire alarm system that will be
a stand alone system with ~2} dedicated phone lines.
All of the landscaping at Crossroads Middle School Campus shall remain just as is; with the
exception of the lawn area under the relocated building. The existing irrigation system will
be adjusted to accommodate the relocated building, and shall remain fully operational.
This portable building placement will give the Crossroads Middle School staff ~2} additional
classrooms to help with overcrowding due to anticipated future enrollment.
Y. Thank you,
