To Whom It May Concern:
Enclosed please fmd our application and request for a Temporary Certificate of Zoning
Compliance to operate a temporary sales office at 3024 E Ragusa Street. This is an office
that will be built into the garage of a home. The home is to be built by Eaglewood
Homes, Inc. It is to-be built on Lot 2 Block 3 in the approved Messina Meadows #1
Subdivision.
The sales office is expected to operate Sunday-Saturday 10:00 am to 6:00 pm, August 1 st,
2007 until no later than December 31, 2008. The sales office will be used to sell homes to
the public by agents of John L. Scott Real Estate. Parking will be provided on the lot
located next to the sales office, Lot 1 Block 3. We intend to access the sales office from E
Ragusa Street. Power, water, and sanitation services will be present in the sales office
when it is constructed. Weekly trash removal will be provided by Sanitary Services
Co(SSC). Please see attached approval from SSC.
