BIRD, BORTON, ROUNTREE, ZAREMBA
A RESOLUTION VACATING A PUBLIC' UTILITY, DRAINAGE AND
IRRIGATION EASEMENT COMMON TO LOTS 1 & 2, BLOCK 1 OF THE
OLSON & BUSH INDUSTRIAL PARK, PHASE 1, RECORDERS NUMBER
BOOK 44, PAGE 3581, LOCATED IN SECTION 6, TOWNSHIP 3 NORTH,
RANGE 1 EAST, CITY OF MERIDIAN, ADA COUNTY, STATE OF IDAHO;
AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, on February 27,2007 the City Council of the City of Meridian, held
a hearing on the vacation of a public utility, drainage and inigation easement common to
lots 1 & 2, Block,l of the Olson & Bush Industrial Park, Phase, Recorders Number Book
44, Page 3581, located in Section 6, Township 3 North, Range 1 East, City of Meridian,
Ada County, State of Idaho, and
WHEREAS, after such hearing, the City Council, by formal motion, did approve
said described vacation; and
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MERIDIAN, IDAHO:
Section 1. That the vacation of a public utility, drainage and irrigation easement
common to lots 1 & 2, Block 1 of the Olson & Bush Industrial Park, Phase, Recorders
Number Book 44, Page 3581, located in Section 6, Township 3 North, Range 1 East, City
of Meridian, Ada County, State of Idaho, is hereby vacated. Copies of the necessary
relinquishments are attached as Exhibit "A".
Section 2. That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect immediately upon
its adoption and approval.
