The new store will be located on the property on the south side of Overland Road across from the Roaring Springs Water Park. To facilitate the addition of an Overland Road traffic signal, accessing the Lowe's on the westerly boundary of the property, ACHD has directed that the entry location of Roaring Springs Water Park be moved to align with the proposed Lowes entry and signal. In that effort a number of modifications will be made within the easterly parking area of the Roaring Springs Water Park. The use of the Roaring Springs Water Park will not change with the proposed relocation of the entry and modifications of the easterly parking areas. The easterly parking lot and entry site lighting fixtures will be shifted slightly to align with the new parking layouts and will actually be improved with the addition of another site lighting fixture. The Trash Enclosure will remain as originally installed. Underground irrigation systems within the planting areas of the easterly parking area will be modified as required to service the new island configurations. Sidewalks and handicap ramps will be placed, maintaining code compliant ADA accessibility within the effected area. There will be one gate that will be relocated, on gate added along with removable bollards installed within the parking lot to allow the closing of sections of the parking areas during the off-season. No other fencing modifications will be made. The new parking confiwation will loose three parking stalls within the effected area of the easterly lot, the westerly portion of the parking area will remain the same.
