Comer of Section 2, Township 3 North, Range I West, of the Boise Meridian; thence North 00°00'32" West, 460.13 feet, along the East line of said Section 2, and the Centerline of North Linder Road to a point; thence leaving said Centerline, North 89°12'32" West, 498.40 feet along the South line of Lot 2, Block 6, Turtle Creek Subdiyision No. I (Book 78, Pllge 8226, Records of Ada County) to a point; thence leaving said South line, South 00°00'32" East, 460.13 feet to a point; thence South 89°12'32" East, 498.40 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING. SECTION 4: That the City Engineer is hereby directed to IIlter all use ANNEXATION AND ZONING ORDINANCE (AZ-02-021) - 2 and area maps as well as the official zoning maps, comprehensiye plan and all official maps depicting the boundaries of the City of Meridian in accordance with this ordinance. SECTION 5: All ordinances, resolutions, orders or parts thereof in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, rescinded and annulled. SECTION 6: This ordinance shall be in full force and effect ITom and after its passage, approyal and publication, according to law.
