Following the November 15, 2002, order to print the North Meridian Area Plan, the
planning team received the “Needed Information” (Section D, pages D-1 and D-2)
Revised Right-of-Way and Construction Cost Report. The document, dated
November 6, 2002 was provided to ACHD on November 7, 2002; it was received by
Wardle & Associates by regular mail on November 18, 2002.
The North Meridian planning team has not had an opportunity to review, analyze or
incorporate the up-dated information, nor will it until the other significant issues—
COMPASS’ growth projections and Capital Improvements Plan—are addressed
through the follow-on effort discussed in Section D. III, page D-3.
