BIRD, DONNELL, ROUNTREE, WARDLE
A RESOLUTION V ACA TING A PORTION OF THE IRRIGATION
EASEMENT LOCATED IN LOT 2, BLOCK 1 OF BONITO SUBDIVISION NO.4,
LYING IN THE E Yz OF SECTION 20, TOWNSHIP 3 NORTH, RANGE 1 EAST,
CITY OF MERIDIAN, ADA COUNTY, STATE OF IDAHO; AND PROVIDING
AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, on October 11,2005, the City Council of the City of Meridian, held
a hearing on the vacation of a portion of the iITigation easement located in Lot 2, Block 1
of Bonito Subdivision, lying in the E Y2 of Section 20, Township 3 NOlth, Range 1 East,
City of Meridian, Ada County, State of Idaho, and
WHEREAS, after such hearing, the City Council, by fonnal motion, did approve
said described vacation; and
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MERIDIAN CITY, IDAHO:
Section 1. That a portion ofthe irrigation easement located in Lot 2, Block 1
of Bonito Subdivision, lying in the E 12 of Section 20, Township 3 North, Range 1 East,
City of Meridian, Ada County, State ofIdaho is hereby vacated. Copies of the necessary
relinquishments are attached as Exhibit "A".
Section 2. That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect immediately
upon its adoption and approvaL
