Franklin Road. The proposed project wilt be located in a C-G zone on a site which previously housed a car dealership_ The new owner will operate a utility construction company from the site, and wilt utilize the large gravel rear yard for the storage of utility trucks and materials. A conditional use permit has been approved via CUP-06-019. The existing site contains two engineered metal buildings, which will both remain. The owner proposes to add a 2400 square foot addition to the northern most building which will house the administrative functions of the company. The new addition wii! be a wood framed structure clad with accent CMU blocks and stucco.
