The site and building lighting will not extend over any of the property lines and will be designed and built that way. The site and building light fixtures will not exceed 1,800 lumens each. A photometric site layout will be done and report submitted at the time of electrical plan submittal. Lighting design and construction on this project will follow the guidelines of UDC 11-3A-11.
