Tf any changes must be made to the site plan to accommodate the ACRD requirements, a new site plan shall be submitted to the City of Meridian Planning staff for approval prior to the issuance of a building permit. Certificate of Occu an : All required improvements must be complete prior to obtaining a Certifteate of Occup ancy. A written certificate of completion shall be prepared by the landscape architect, landscape designer or qualifted nurseryman responsible for the landscape plan upon aampletian of the landscape installation. The Certificate of Completion shall verify that all landscape improvements, including plant materials and sprinkler installation, are in substantial compliance with the approved landscape plan.
