There has been no previous approvals or requirements far the requested use. There are no applicable conditions of approval or development agreements other than those governing buildings in Old Tawas zoning as set forth in the city building standards. The office building will front on Bower Street with all parking spaces in rear. The building will be designed to comport favorably with the visual and esthetic nature of the Old Town zoning requirements. The external, facade will be light tan stucco with a light brown accent strip separating floor levels. and matching brick trim around doors and windows with a 4' ornate pazapet around the fall roof line.
