Hello Sonya Allen,
My name is Jani Knox, I am a Realtor and business owner in Meridian. I am writing to you to voice my support
of the Burnside Ridge Estates/Jackson Ridge community that is proposed for development in South
Meridian. Burnside Ridge Estates/Jackson Ridge would be a terrific development for South Meridian as it is
beautiful and well designed. Moreover, this development is going to bring opportunities for custom and semi-
custom built homes to Meridian, which are very desirable as well as hard to find, thereby serving a niche of
clients who currently have very few options in the area.
I hope you will consider approving this neighborhood. As a Realtor and area resident, I feel that this
development would be an asset to South Meridian home buyers.
