CITY OF MERIDIAN RESOLUTION NO. 24-2448
BY THE CITY COUNCIL: CAVENER, LITTLE ROBERTS,
OVERTON, STRADER, TAYLOR
A RESOLUTION VACATING THE FIVE FOOT (5') PUBLIC UTILITIES,
PRESSURIZED IRRIGATION, AND DRAINAGE EASEMENT LOCATED ALONG THE
INTERIOR SIDE LOT LINE OF LOTS 11 AND 12,BLOCK 7 OF THE OAKS NORTH NO.
1 SUBDIVISION, BEING MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED IN EXHIBIT "A"; AND
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, on April 9, 2024, the City Council of the City of Meridian held a hearing on
the vacation of the five foot (5') public utilities, pressurized irrigation, and drainage easement
located along the interior side lot line of Lots 11 and 12, Block 7 of The Oaks North No. 1
Subdivision; and
WHEREAS, after such hearing, the City Council, by formal motion, did approve said
described vacation; and
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF MERIDIAN CITY,IDAHO:
Section 1. That the five foot (5') public utilities, pressurized irrigation, and drainage
easement located along the interior side lot line of Lots 11 and 12, Block 7 of The Oaks North No.
1 Subdivision, as fully described in Exhibit"A", is hereby vacated.
Section 2. That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect immediately upon its
adoption and approval.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Meridian, Idaho, this 23rd day of April, 2024.
Approved by the Mayor of the City of Meridian, Idaho, this 23rd day of April, 2024.
