CC - Letter of Cooperation F-41 PROVIDENCE LJ PROPERTIES LLC July 20, 2022 RE: Tessera Ranch and Jackson Ridge Estates Cooperation This letter confirms that Providence Properties and the developers of Jackson Ridge Estates have been in discussion and both parties are agreeable to cooperate on the following items: • The mid-mile collector(W. Harris St.)shall be built with the centerline of the road along the section line. Depending on timing,the developers to the north and south will dedicate an easement to the other party to ensure that the road is built along the section line. • The developers will enter into a joint venture agreement for the construction, use and maintenance of the regional lift station to be built in the northwest corner Tessera Ranch. Each development will pay for the lift station based on a pro-rata share of the number of lots contributing to the sewer lift station. • Jackson Ridge Estates will provide the sewer route through their development to accommodate the pressure line to tie into the Ten Mile lift station.
