RE: Gateway at 10 Mile 2954 W Franklin Road—Meridian, ID Dear Neighbor: We are currently working on a Preliminary Plat and Conditional Use Permit application to the City of Meridian for property located at 2954 W Franklin Road,which is depicted on the enclosed vicinity map. This property was annexed and zoned into the City of Meridian with the C-G and R-40 zoning designations in 2021. A Development Agreement including a conceptual development plan aligning with the current preliminary plat and conditional use permit proposals was approved at that time. We will be discussing the Conditional Use Permit and Preliminary Plat process,in addition to the proposed plan at this neighborhood meeting.
