April 10, 2024 Stacy Hersh City of Meridian Community Development Director 33. E. Broadway Ave. #102 Meridian, Idaho 83642 As you are well aware, the Meridian City Council voiced their dislike for the current plans for 200 Rosalyn Dr. One council member even went as far as to say he would not vote for any project with more than three homes on it. So, with that in mind, I urge you to counsel the Binghams to embrace a three-home op?on for the lot. From my talks with people in the neighborhood, three homes on that lot would be a welcome addi?on to the neighborhood, and any further opposi?on to the project would disappear. 1 I’m sure nobody involved wants another mee?ng like Tuesday’s council mee?ng, with another return to the drawing board for you and the Binghams. Thank you for your ?me and considera?on. I appreciate that you are in a delicate posi?on trying to balance everyone’s wishes with this project. Sincerely, Ken Freeze 195 E Rosalyn Dr. Meridian, ID 83642 2
