Subject: Burnside Ridge Estates - Givens Lateral
Hi Tom,
I appreciate your assistance with this project. On the western boundary of the site, north of the Calkins Lateral and
south of Victory, our survey is showing an easement for the Givens Lateral extending about 7 feet into Parcel
S1226120750 (part of this development). It appears that all improvements are on the neighboring parcels, with
centerline of pipe located about 14 feet west of our western property boundary. Do the BPBC records align with what I
am observing in the survey we have?
If so, would you be agreeable to the proposed lots that this easement would lay across in the future development having
fence that backs up to property line? As noted above, this property line fence would be about 14 feet away from the
Lateral’s center of pipe located on the neighboring parcels. Please see the attached sheet for your reference.
