Meridian Rd., Meridian, Idaho—Arborist Report To Eric Scheck, I have completed the assessment of the trees at the address above. Each tree is identified by number on the map shown in Figure 2 and each number corresponds to the Tree#column in the table in Figure 1, which also includes City of Meridian mitigation recommendations based on the tree specific notes. There are a total of 20 trees distributed around the site that are 4" or greater, as depicted on the map. Many of the trees on-site are silver maples that have been topped in the past, are in poor condition in general, or suffer from other maladies as noted in the Tree Specific Notes. The remaining species on-site are generally in poor condition with a few exceptions as noted below. See pages 5-8 of this report for site photos. In decline, borer hole infestation present, 3-stem co-dominant base with bark inclusion, decay present at old pruning wounds, numerous dead hangers in canopy, poor past pruning and previously topped, suppressed by adjacent planetree,weak wooded species. 3. Minor dead branches on interior canopy. 4. Growing into fence,topped in past, dead center stem, bark inclusion at upper trunk, suckering, decay present at old pruning wounds. 5. 4-stem co-dominant base with large pocket for decay/water ponding. 6. Growing in overhead utility lines, poor past pruning, minor dead branches in canopy, a few bark inclusions at trunk to branch unions,girdled roots at base of tree, possible structural issues. 7. Suppressed by adjacent trees, dead. 8. Growing in fence, minor dead branches in canopy, numerous large bark inclusions observed in canopy, possible structural issues at branch unions with inclusions,weak wooded species. 9.
