1. I am the Chairman and CEO of Shamrock Foods Company, an Arizona corporation,
whose address is 3900 E. Carnelback Road, Suite 300, Phoenix, AZ 85018 ("Owner"). I am authorized to
execute this affidavit on behalf of Owner.
2. Owner is the record owner of the real property located at 1495 and 1555 N. Hickory
Avenue, Meridian, ID 83642 and legally described on Exhibit A, attached hereto (the"Property").
