We are in receipt of a geo-technical engineering report from STRATA dated December 13, 2023.
The report from STRATA indicates that the seasonal high groundwater is anticipated to remain at
a depth of greater than 17-feet below existing ground surface.
Four (4) test pits were dug on the project site. The following identifies the relevant elevations from
the report and construction plans:
Existing Ground Elevation Groundwater Elevation
Test Pit 1: 2652 < 2635
Test Pit 2 2652 < 2635
Test Pit 3: 2652 < 2635
Test Pit 4: 2653 < 2636
The lowest design elevation of common driveway is 2650.15
Based on the above information the finish centerline elevations are set at a minimum of three (3)
feet above the highest established normal groundwater elevation.
