Pre-Application Requirement for a Public Hearing
October 3, 2023
Dear Neighbor,
Jackson Ridge Estates (Linder Holdings) and Kimley-Horn are in the process of submitting an
application for an Annexation, Zoning, Development Agreement, and Preliminary Plat to the City of
Meridian. One of the requirements necessary prior to submitting the applications is to hold a
"neighborhood meeting" and provide information to our surrounding neighbors (Meridian Code Title 5
§11-5A-6).
This meeting is for informational purposes and to receive feedback from you as we progress through
the application process. This is NOT a Public Hearing before a governing body of the City. Once our
application has been submitted and processed, a public hearing date will be scheduled. Prior to the
scheduled date, you will receive an official notification from Meridian City regarding the Public Hearing
via postal mail, newspaper publication, and/or a display on the property for which the Annexation,
Zoning, Development Agreement, and Preliminary Plat are applied.
The In-Person Neighborhood Meeting details are as follows:

Format: This meeting is being held again to provide additional notice to
neighbors, the same information shared at the 10/2/23 meeting will be
presented. This meeting is intended to give neighbors an opportunity to
learn more about the project before the public hearing. No formal
presentation will be given. A printed vicinity map and site drawings will be
available. Project team members will be present to answer questions and
receive feedback.
The project is summarized below:
