acting, Personal Representative of the Estate of Eli R.

Will, the Grantee, as Trustee, is directed to recognize the
right of Decedent's son, Richard E. Allen, to the personal

he now resides. The Grantee, as Trustee, shall recognize
Richard E. Allen's ownership of the home and he shall be
' permitted to occupy the grounds surrounding the same. The
