Dear Property Owner,
The City of Meridian code requires that prior to applying , the applicant provides an
opportunity for a meeting between the applicant of the project and the property owners
within 500 feet. This is an invitation to a neighborhood meeting concerning property
located at 6519 S Raap Ranch Ln and 2625 E Lake Hazel Rd Meridian Idaho, in Ada
County. This is not a public hearing, and public officials will not be present. If you have
questions regarding meeting requirements, please contact the city of Meridian Planning

The applicant, Jarron Langston, will be requesting approval of a Single Family Housing
Project where buildings will be constructed for residential use. Applications will include
Annexation into city of Meridian, Re-Zone and Preliminary Plat. A Site plan depicting the
