Legal Description
A parcel of land being a portion of the Northeast 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 33, Township 3 North,
Range 1 East, B.M., City of Meridian, Ada County, Idaho and being more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at an aluminum cap marking the Northwest corner of said Section 33, which bears N89°15'22"W
a distance of 2,660.62 feet from an aluminum cap marking the North 1/4 corner of said Section 33, thence
following the northerly line of said Northwest 1/4 of said Section 33, S89°15'22"E a distance of 1,536.07 feet;
Thence leaving said northerly line, S00°44'38"W a distance of 343.58 feet to a 5/8-inch rebar on the boundary
of Hill's Century Farm North Subdivision No. 1(Book 121 of Plats, Pages 18902-18905, Records of Ada County,
Idaho);
Thence following said boundary the following two (2) courses:
