Hi Stacy,
We’ve been communicating with Blaine Johnston from the Historic Preservation Commission and are working on getting
th
on their January 25 meeting agenda. The timing of this meeting and our upcoming hearing is a bit too close to provide
the necessary time to submit details of our discussions/meetings in the revised narrative for the project. With this in
th
mind, we’d like to request a continuance for February 15. Let me know if this is possible.
Thanks!

The Double Silo Granary:
o Cannot be preserved where is – in the middle of required right of way

memorializing the Double Silo Granary. The work includes site documentation to be placed on a plaque
on the monument.
Pathways updated
o Add curves to regional pathways
o Reroute pathway through plaza
o Highlighted pedestrian circulation plan
Accesses
o The access to Black Cat road matches the plan to the west previously approved.
o The western access to our site is 440 feet from Black Cat as required by ACHD
o The access to Avani on the north side is located per their pplat.
o The eastern access has been modified to share with Vanguard subdivision to the east.
o The city will need to provide assurance they will require Vanguard to cooperate with shared access as
proposed.
