AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF MERIDIAN, IDAHO AMENDING ORDINANCE NO.
01-924 THE APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE FOR THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING
OCTOBER 1,2001 AND ENDING SEPTEMBER 30,2002. APPROPRIATING
ADDITIONAL MONIES THAT ARE TO BE RECEIVED BY THE CITY OF MERIDIAN,
IDAHO IN THE SUM OF $250,088.00 AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
MERIDIAN, ADA COUNTY, IDAHO:
SECTION I: That Ordinance No. 01-924, the appropriation ordinance for the City of
Meridian, Idaho, for the fiscal year commencing October 1,2001 and ending September 30,
2002 be and the same is hereby amended as follows:
That the additional sum of $250,088.00 be appropriated out of the revenues from Fund
Balance and Others Sources and Fees, to be used for authorized activities.

SECTION 2: This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage,
approyal and publication.
PASSED by the City Council and APPROVED by the Mayor of the City of Meridian, Idaho,
