Hi Katie,
Planning Staff and Commission would not have sufficient time to review the changes. It would be in the best
interest of the project to ask for a continuance and re-schedule for January so we can resolve some of the
outstanding issues prior to a Hearing.
If you would like a continuance granted, please send an email request with the date in January you are
thst
requesting (January 4 or January 21). I have a meeting with Commission at 4:30 pm today and can relay the
request for a continuance for their approval.

numbering that has been corrected. This item is scheduled to be on the Commission agenda on December 7,

Please submit any written response you may have to the staff report to the City Clerk’s office
