GROUNDWATER REPORT
The project is a residential-use project. It is approximately 0.734 acres located north of E.
Rosalyn Drive east of N. Meridian Road with the address of 200 E. Rosalyn Drive.
There does not appear to be an issue with groundwater at this location. A full geotechnical report has
been completed. Atlas Technical Consultants, LLC estimates groundwater will remain greater than 13
feet below ground surface throughout the year.
Groundwater is estimated at a depth greater than 4 feet along the lane/drive proposed on this site.
