Idaho limited liability company ("Grantee"), whose address is 200 E. Rosalyn Dr., Meridian, ID
83642 all right, title and interest which the Grantor now has or may hereafter acquire in the
following real property at 200 E. Rosalyn Dr., Meridian, ID 83642 legally described as follows:
Lot l in Block I of SAN GORGONIO SUBDIVISION, according to the plat
thereof, fled in Book 118 of Plats at Pages 18079 through 18081, Records of Ada
County, Idaho.
TO .HAVE AND TO HOLD, all and singular the said real property, together with all
